У вас UEFI. Для установки GRUB нужен раздел с fat32 (он у вас скорее всего уже есть), который примонтирован к /boot/efi. Подробнее вот тут wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/GRUBUEFI_systems

Они его везде меняют. Типа чтобы поквадратнее был, т.е. равносторонний и более походил на иконку. Хотя «вход слева» могли бы и оставить. Без него значок какой-то не полноценный что ли.

Вобщем завелся Amdgpu, но! ssdm родной Manjaro сегфолтится, заменил на slim, затем опять на sddm, и самое важное:

А недавно наткнулся на такой пакет:

Данный пакет призван автоматизировать установку драйвера Amdgpu(opensource), а так же библиотек для поддержки Vulkan, для карт на базе GCN<1.2, то есть для старых карточек.
В ядре 4.10, как сообщает Похороникс, обещают поддержку старых карт драйвером Amdgpu-pro

Manjaro Settings Manager уже имеет новый логотип. Зачем изменили? Старый имел один дополнительный вход в лабиринт слева) Лишний повод для путаницы в перспективе.

Помнится, был такой баг с очень давних пор, предположительно вызван некорректной работой сервиса уведомлений (notification-daemon). Какого-то конкретного решения этой проблемы не видел, как вариант можно удалить из используемой темы курсоров значки watch и left_ptr_watch и заменить их ссылками на значок left_ptr.

Значки находятся в каталоге /usr/share/icons/ваша_тема_курсора/cursors/.

Наконец-то установил, кому интересно могу отписаться как победить данную проблему.

Ну что автор поборол эту проблему? А то я сегодня столкнулся с похожей ситуацией и не как не могу ее решить( Про бывал разные оболочки (kde, i3 и т.д.), ситуация аналогичная. Даже когда выбираешь разметить автоматически весь диск.

Запусти установщик из консоли, хоть выхлоп посмотрим…
